  • Built an AI-powered customer simulation feature inside the Thumbtack prototype: a GPT-4o 'Bargain Hunter Betty' persona that responds in real time to service pro messages — negotiating price, asking for discounts, and comparing competing quotes.
  • Integrated the OpenAI API directly into the ProtoPie prototype via ProtoPie Bridge, creating an interactive demo where the AI behaves as a live customer.
  • Demonstrated how AI can simulate realistic user behavior for testing, training, and product concept validation — beyond static script-based demos.
