AI Enablement and Automation
Eric Joseph Lee
I work on AI enablement and workflow automation, based in Vancouver. I embed with teams, map how the work really happens, and build the automations and AI agents that remove the manual drag.
Then I measure the result and hand it over so the team can run it themselves.
My background is product design, which is why I start with the people doing the work, not the technology.

How I work
Watch before proposing
The thing a team points at is rarely where the time goes. A one to two hour mapping session shows where the time really goes.
Score the whole field
Every option goes on an impact versus complexity matrix, chosen together with the client.
Start where trust is cheapest to earn
Ship a fast, visible win first. The first build has to earn the right to the second.
Build on tools people already use
Adoption dies when you add a new tool.
Measure before building
Decide what working means first, then check it against real numbers.
Hand it back
Documented systems and operating procedures, so the team runs it without me.
